These tariffs require you to manage your account on-line and pay by direct debit. Key features of these tariffs are:

• Available to new customers only
• Each tariff has a contractual end date
• At the end you will revert to nPower's standard variable online tariff - Go Save
• Early exit fees may apply
• Early exit could also affect your incentive payment for using direct debit

Before the end date, we suggest that you:

• Use our energy calculator to see what new deals are available
• Start looking about 14 days before the contract end-date

This will allow you to get a feel for prices and the sorts of deal available. You should also keep an eye on our energy news section for any announcements regarding energy price increases, or even reductions (we can but hope!)

When should I switch?
