Energy Usage Form

Print this form and complete it so that you can keep a check of your monthly energy usage. 

This simple form will  help you record  the number of units you use. Either monitor your total home consumption by taking meter readings, or in the case of electricity you can monitor a single piece of equipment by using a plug-in energy meter. This will then show you your monthly consumption, as well as any variation between summer and winter usage.
